Edward W. Brancati, Village Manager of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, pursuant to Section 101-8 of the Code of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco does hereby declare that a snow emergency exists and by reason of a severe snowstorm does hereby establish the following emergency parking and traffic rules and regulations and suspends promulgated rules and regulations insofar as they are inconsistent herewith:

1.      No parking on any street or roadway from 11:59 p.m. Monday, February 12, 2024, through 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.

 VIOLATORS MAY BE TICKETED OR TOWED

 2. No person shall throw or deposit snow upon any plowed portion of any street or Homeowners are responsible for the actions of private contractors in their employ. This regulation shall not be inconsistent with Section 1219 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.

This declaration shall be in effect for the time period stated above.

Brancati, Administrador de el pubelo de Mount Kisco, de conformidad con la Sección 101-8 del Código de el pueblo de Mount Kisco, por la presente declara que existe una emergencia por nieve y, debido a una tormenta de nieve severa, establece las siguientes reglas y regulaciones de estacionamiento y tráfico de emergencia y suspende las reglas y regulaciones promulgadas en la medida en que sean inconsistentes con el presente:

1.       No se puede estacionar en ninguna calle o calzada desde  las 11:59 p.m. del lunes 13 de febrero de 2024 hasta las 6:00 p.m. del martes 14 de febrero de 2024. 

LOS INFRACTORES PUEDEN SER MULTADOS O REMOLCADOS

 2. Ninguna persona arrojará o depositará nieve sobre ninguna parte arada de ninguna calle o carretera. Los propietarios de viviendas son responsables de las acciones de los contratistas privados a su servicio. Esta regulación no será incompatible con la Sección 1219 de la Ley de Vehículos y Tráfico del Estado de Nueva York.

Esta declaración estará vigente durante el período de tiempo indicado anteriormente.
