STATE OF EMERGENCY RESCISSION
The State of Emergency declared for the Village/Town of Mount Kisco that took effect on September 29, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. due to a heavy rain event that caused flooding throughout the Village is hereby rescinded effective 12:00 a.m. October 2, 2023.
As of 12:00 a.m. October 2, 2023, the situation that was the cause of this State of Emergency Declaration no longer threatens the public safety.
As the Village Manager of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, I, Edward W. Brancati, exercise the authority given me under Section 24 of the New York State Executive Law, to rescind the State of Emergency declared for the Village/Town of Mount Kisco on 12:00 p.m. September 29, 2023 effective 12:00 a.m. October 2, 2023.
El estado de emergencia declarado para el pueblo / ciudad de Mount Kisco que entró en vigencia el 29 de septiembre de 2023 a la 12:00 P.M. debido a un evento de fuertes lluvias que causó inundaciones en toda la Aldea, se rescinde a partir de las 12:00 a.m. del 2 de octubre de 2023.
A partir de las 12:00 a.m. El 2 de octubre de 2023, la situación que fue la causa de esta Declaración de Estado de Emergencia ya no amenaza la seguridad pública.
Como administrador de la aldea / ciudad de Mount Kisco, yo, Edward W. Brancati, ejercía autoridad que me otorga la Section 24 de la Ley Ejecutiva del Estado de Nueva York, para rescindir el estado de emergencia declarado para la aldea / ciudad de Mount Kisco a las 12:00 p.m. 29 de septiembre de 2023 a partir de las 12:00 a.m. 2 de octubre, 2023.
