Water Bills were mailed on October 28, 2022. Payment is due on or by November 30, 2022. Please make sure all payments are post marked by the due date. Please note that any payments received after the due date, with a third party postmark, such as Pitney Bowes or foreign postmarks will still be considered late.
Please also note you can now pay your bill online at www.mountkiscony.gov. Click “Pay Your Water Bill” on the right side of the home page. Please enter your account number with NO DASHES.

If you would like to sign up for E-Z Pay Automatic Debit in the future, please visit our website and click on the Water and Sewer Department tab. Please also note, in order to process this request, we will need a voided check.
