Leonard Park Committee Meeting Dates
Leonard Park Committee
The purpose of the Leonard Park Committee shall be to advise the Board of Trustees and the Recreation Commission on all matters pertaining to Leonard Park, control use and development of Leonard Park so that the recreational facilities there shall be used to the best advantage for community residents and be kept free from commercialism of demoralizing enterprise. The Committee shall also see that the provisions, conditions, and purposes of the deeds of dedication by the grantors of Leonard Park and The Reader's Digest are fully complied with.
The Leonard Park Committee shall have fifteen members, all of whom shall have demonstrated active interest in the community. An honorary membership shall be designated to the Chair of the Recreation Commission (ex officio). Members shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Kisco to a term of five years and for no longer than two terms.
