Housing Authority
The Board of the Housing Authority is comprised of five members appointed by the Village Manager and serving five-year terms. The Housing Authority provides oversight of the property, operations, rules, regulations, and policies of the Mount Kisco Housing Authority.
In addition, the Housing Authority administers the Mount Kisco Section 8 program which allows private landlords to rent apartments and homes at fair market rates to qualified low income tenants.
The Housing Authority Board holds monthly meetings which are open to the public. The meetings are held the third Monday of each month (except holidays) at 6:30 pm at the Housing Authority Community building located at 200 Carpenter Avenue, Mount Kisco, NY 10549.
